These Terms of Use govern your use of the Monogram Appliance Repair website and the in-home repair services you request through it. By browsing this site, submitting a booking or contact form, or accepting a repair estimate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or schedule service.
Independent service
Monogram Appliance Repair is an independent appliance-repair company specializing in Monogram household appliances. We are not an official Monogram or GE Appliances service center, not a manufacturer-authorized warranty station, and not affiliated with GE Appliances factory service. Brand names and model numbers appear on this site only to identify the appliances we service and to help source the correct original parts.
Services we provide
We provide diagnostic visits, written or verbal estimates, parts replacement, and related in-home appliance repair. Submitting a request on this website is a scheduling inquiry, not a confirmed appointment, until we reach you by phone or email to confirm a time window.
We currently serve the Miami / Brickell area and other metros listed on this site, including New York, Houston, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Coverage inside each metro can vary with technician availability.
Accurate information
You agree to provide a working phone number and email address, a service address where we can legally access the appliance, and an accurate description of the problem. We may decline, delay, or reschedule a visit if the information is incomplete, the location is outside our service area, or the appliance cannot be reached safely.
Estimates, approval, and payment
After diagnosis, we provide an estimate before repair work begins. We do not start a repair until you approve the estimated cost. If we find additional problems, we will explain them and wait for your approval before continuing.
A diagnostic fee applies when a technician visits to inspect the appliance. If you approve the repair, that fee is typically applied toward the total. Payment is due as stated on your estimate or invoice. Card payments, when offered, are handled by a third-party processor; this website does not store full payment-card numbers. Details on cancellations, unused parts, and refunds are in our Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy.
Parts
We use original manufacturer parts. Part cost and expected lead time are confirmed with you before we order. Supply can vary by model. Special-order and installed parts are treated as described in the refund policy.
Your responsibilities at the visit
Please make sure an adult is present for the appointment, the appliance is reasonably accessible, pets are secured, and someone on site can authorize work and payment. If we cannot complete diagnosis because the home is inaccessible or nobody is present, a trip or diagnostic charge may still apply.
Gas connections, electrical repairs, sealed-system (refrigerant) work, and other safety-critical tasks must be performed by qualified technicians. Do not open the appliance or attempt internal repairs based only on website articles.
Workmanship warranty
Completed repairs may include a workmanship warranty. Duration, coverage, and exclusions are provided in writing with your estimate. Warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, unrelated failures, cosmetic issues, or pre-existing conditions that were not part of the approved repair.
Website content
Error-code articles, troubleshooting notes, and other content on this site are general information for homeowners. They are not a diagnosis, a service bulletin, or a substitute for an on-site inspection. We do not guarantee that following self-help content will fix your appliance, and using that content is at your own risk.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, graphics, and logos are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit the content without our written consent. Manufacturer names and marks remain the property of their owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website, submit false service requests, attempt to disrupt the site, or collect contact information for unrelated marketing. We may refuse service or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pre-existing appliance conditions, power surges, water damage from unrelated plumbing, food spoilage, lost time, or issues outside the repair you approved. Our liability for a given service visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
Third-party websites
This site may link to manufacturer owner-support pages or other third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or for official factory-service programs they describe.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where your in-home service is performed. For disputes that concern only your use of this website, Florida law applies (the state of the Miami / Brickell office listed on this site), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
